The People Behind Every Project

CEO/Managing Partner

Chase Goodman

A transplant from the Chicago area, Chase has been in Arizona since 2004 after leaving Ball State University. His dream was to move to Arizona and open a custom car stereo company. Chase met Cedric that same year, and that dream shifted to creating Cactus Sight and Sound and making it the Valley’s premier integration company. When he’s not designing and selling top-tier AV installations, you can find him on the golf course, cooking for friends and family, or hanging out with his wife and baby girl.

Operating Partner

Cedric Lauson

Having entered the home/car audio space in 1997 during the early days of home automation and being a regular on the SPL competition circuit in the Midwest, Cedric became AZ-bound in 2001. Upon meeting Chase in ’04, a friendship was formed. Not long after, a mutual love for all things audio and video sparked the idea for Cactus Sight and Sound. When not working with Cactus, you can find him traveling with his wife, Rebecca, and brewing beer for his brewery: Beeline Brew Company.

Director and Technology / Service Manager

D'Angelo Luna

D'Angelo, aka "D," is a native Arizonan and a veteran of multiple layers of the AV industry. D has worked with several integration companies and served as an inside sales rep for a national supply firm. After years of selling products to integrators and installing systems himself, D'Angelo joined Cactus Sight and Sound in 2022. In his downtime, he loves taking long trips on his motorcycle and spending time with his wife and son.

Office manager / HR

Rebecca Lauson

Originally from New York, Rebecca has been in the Valley since the '90s. As our Controller, Rebecca wears many hats and keeps things running smoothly at Cactus Sight and Sound. On rare occasions when she is able to get some downtime, she and her husband, Cedric, love to escape the heat by traveling and spending time at their property in Prescott.

Project Manager

Robert Janca

After years in the logistics industry, Robert made the decision to change course and chose consumer electronics as his new career. After owning his own company, Robert joined Cactus Sight and Sound in early 2026 as a Project Manager. When not at work, you can find Robert on his mountain bike and spending time with his two kids.

Senior Technician

Ignacio Stanley

A native of Las Vegas, Ignacio (Nacho) has been in Arizona for several years. He is a graduate of the Electrical Training program at AAI. In 2023, one of his instructors at AAI introduced him to Cactus and thought he would be a good fit as a technician, so he joined the Cactus team that same year. When not in the field, Nacho can be found chasing his three young boys around and spending time with his wife.

Admin

Autumn Spittles

Autumn moved to Arizona from Manhattan, Kansas in 2022. She had done office work for several trades before arriving at Cactus Sight and Sound in 2024. When she’s not running the day-to-day office operations as our Admin, you’ll find her traveling, shopping, or hanging out by the pool.
